A Note From Your Moderator

I hope that everyone had a great summer and got to do all the great things that summer offers. As we approach Rally Day (September 10), we as a Church need to think about all the things ahead for the remainder of this year. On September 30, we will have our annual dinner at Level Fire Hall, this will be a Beef and Ham Supper for only $12 per person this is our biggest fund raiser of the year and I hope everyone will support our efforts. Of course we will need a lot of help for this event and I pray that everyone will step up to help the Church in this important event!!

On October 1, we will have the rededication of our Church and the service will be dedicated to Ms. Elizabeth Anderson, the wonderful member of our church that left the money to do all the improvements in our church. I would like to ask every member of the church to attend this special service and please ask your friends or family members that don’t normally attend our church to come with you that day. This is your chance to show off your CHURCH!! There will be great music that day and I know the Pastor will have a special sermon for us!

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Chris Guzman the young Eagle Scout candidate who along with many of the other Scouts worked on the Picnic area project on the side of the church parking lot. Even though the weather has not cooperated the kids did a great job and I am sure that we will get grass to grow eventually! I want to thank Chris and the other boys for their efforts and I am sure Chris will make a great Eagle Scout. As you can see Webster is still a busy place and with Fall coming it will get even busier!
