• Remember those who fought to keep us safe and enable us to pursue a life worth living. In memory of Capt. John Wesley Dillon (Revolutionary War), Emmanuel Templin (Civil War – Gettysburg), John W. Dillon, Sr. (WWI), Lawrence F. Dillon (WWII), Harold Sarvis (killed in Action WWII Solerno, Italy) and in honor of Robert F. Altvater (Korea). And to the many boys who came from my generation – the 60’s without flowers in their hair or beads around their necks who went to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and various little islands, and to the men who fought Desert Storm and our present conflict. THANK YOU!
• I now have a college grad. Congratulations Amelia on your degree. Good luck to Victoria who is accepted at Americorp and will leave by October. She graduates with honors. Frank is now in fire school in Howard Co. Hope heather reminds him to do his homework. Pastor Lonna’s yard looks sharp. Thanks for letting me play in it. Ran into Carol Wachter at Kleins who has a new grandson and a granddaughter on the way. Hope Woody feels better. Lily rolls over and is now on soy milk.
