The Webster Phone Chain

During a recent meeting of the Pastoral Relations Committee (PRC) we revisited our current policies on activating a phone notice to members when there is time sensitive information to convey. Thanks to Doris Lyttle we have also updated our phone chain list. It was determined that under the following conditions the phone chain will operate: 1) There is a death of a member (viewing and service information will be conveyed at the same time); 2) A member is in the hospital or has suffered a severe illness, and 3)There is a cancellation and/or change in church services/events.

If time permits we will notify members who have given us their e-mail by that address. If you are willing to receive church information at your e-mail address and haven’t given us this address, please send it in to the office (websterucc@aol.com). As chairman of the PRC, I will be responsible for activating the chain when necessary.
