SCCW

The SCCW had an enjoyable Christmas Party at the parsonage on December 12, 2007. After a short business meeting Auggie and George led us in singing carols. I think we sang about every song in the book. Thank you Auggie and George. We also enjoyed many good treats and exchanged gifts.

We are nominating new officers for 2008. Hopefully by our February meeting, we will have our nominations complete so we can have installation of officers.

All the ladies of the church are welcome to attend the SCCW meeting. We meet on the second Wednesday of the month in a member’s home or the church social hall. The dues are $12 for the year. We usually have a business meeting followed by a program.

Our next meeting is January 9, 2008, at 7 pm, at the Lyttle home. We will have our burning of the greens ceremony. We hope you will join us.

We will have a Joe Corbi fund raiser the end of January into February. More information will follow.
