1) Funds will be used at the discretion of the family with any remaining funds to be used at the Official Board’s discretion

 2) The Official Board will consider the family’s wishes, but the Official Board will ultimately decide how the funds will be used. (ITEM #2 APPROVED )

Can Webster Church hold Basket Bingo fundraisers in the Social Hall or other sites?

When Webster Church rents the Social Hall, can the tenants be allowed to serve alcohol if they obtain all applicable licenses and permits and assume all responsibilities associated therewith?
